From the moment we checked in, we were blown away by the level of service and attention to detail at this hotel. Not only were we greeted with a bottle of water at night, but we were also pleasantly surprised to find ironing facilities in our room, which came in handy before our evening plans. the heating in the room was perfect, creating a cozy atmosphere for us to relax after a day of exploring the nearby attractions such as the Waterfront and Willie Wastle's Restaurant and Bar. The tea and coffee facilities were well-stocked and the sitting area was comfortable, providing a nice space to unwind with a hot beverage. We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace, taking in the beautiful views and enjoying some garden furniture provided for our use. the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, free from any outside disturbances. Overall, the hotel exceeded our high expectations in every way possible. the attention to detail in providing free toiletries, washing machine, cookware/kitchen utensils, electric kettle, flat-screen TV. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Ayr.
